Our office is a physical therapy owned outpatient practice and fitness center located in Miami, Florida.  We specialize in the assessment and treatment of orthopaedic and sports injuries and our fitness center has classes designed for all fitness levels from teenage athletes to the elderly. Our office and fitness center is conveniently located between the Florida turnpike and 826 on Sunset Drive or 72^nd street.

If you are heading west on Sunset Drive (SW 72^nd Street), turn left on 93^rd Avenue. Take your first left into the Sunset Oaks building complex (gray buildings). Turn right at the stop sign. OSR is located in the last building on the left.

If you are heading east on Sunset Drive (SW 72^nd Street), turn right on 92^nd Court (the main entrance to Sunset Oaks building complex (gray buildings). Continue straight rive straight. OSR is located in the last building on the left.
